Messages are sent from local or international long-code telephone numbers provisioned through Twilio and integrated into the Next Chapter AI platform.

All numbers are used exclusively for opt-in-based business communication.

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by:

- submitting a website form

- booking an appointment

- requesting communication verbally during an inbound call

- or otherwise explicitly requesting messaging communication
